The core power of Dine Docket ENT is its ingredient-level tracking.

The Hierarchy

  • Ingredient Unit: Define units like KG, Litre, or Pcs.
  • Ingredients: The raw materials (e.g., Flour, Beef, Cheese).
  • Recipe: Define exactly how much of each ingredient is used for one Food Item.
Pro Tip: When you sell a Burger, the system automatically subtracts 150g of Beef from your stock based on the recipe.

Pre-Made Food (Ch 5.7)

Used for items prepared in-house before service (e.g., Pizza Dough). You create a "Production" run to convert raw ingredients into "Pre-Made" stock, which is then used as an ingredient for final dishes.

Easily create Small/Medium/Large variants of a dish with different pricing and unique ingredient deductions for each size.
